Herbs comprise of wide varieties of plants which are edible and are also used for making lot of medicines. These are usually small plants with fragrance and are used for various purposes when they fresh and at times as dry seasoning too Some of them are used in perfumes and other products , while others may be utilized for producing medicines for different ailments. Hers are available in a wide variety like green tea, garlic, parsley, oregano oil and horse chestnut.
The herbs have proved to be of great benefits for the body and also as medicines to treat different diseases. But there are some varieties of herbs which may possess delicate substances, resulting in side effects and at times, the may even show reaction to other herbs, medications or supplements. Green Tea Extract
